The setting of the hotel in the river is fantastic and like almost everywhere in Thailand the staff is very friendly, but relaxing on the private (sun) deck connected to the room is impossible. Due to the connection of the deck to the room everything shakes back and forth quite a bit when a boat passes by (and that is every 3-4 minutes). This must and can be improved.

One of the highlights of my recent trip to Thailand. Such a unique property. Never stayed in a place like this before. Definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity and so pleased I got to do it. Yes it is a bit off the beaten path but the journey is worth it. From the boat ride in, the the quiet bliss of whiling the afternoon away sitting on the balcony. A truly special place.

Fully recommend 2 nights here. It's a bit of a trip to get to so one night is too little but three would probably be too much. We stayed two and it was perfection. Be sure to get up and watch the sunrise over the river from your private deck. Stunning.

The room is beautiful and clean, and the view is stunning. But the evening buffet was a little disappointing. Another disadvantage is that there is a noise when a boat is passed, and the waves may cause the room to ripple somewhat.

My second time here. Last time I came with my family on 2019. I think this is one of the best resort if you are looking for a floating resort in Kanchanaburi. It is luxury but still closed to nature. The room was spacious including the staffs who always had a big smile on their faces.
